The OneLight workshop was incredible.  Zack Arias’s approachable down to earth attitude was really refreshing. The philosophy behind the workshop is simple.  Learn all you can do with just one light, the use of some different modifiers, and full manual settings and master it.  Zack goes through all of his modifiers, lighting equipment, and techniques in a very hands on manner with a small group (there were 12 people in our workshop) until all of your questions are answered…….seriously…….we were there until 3am.  This workshop was money well spent for me.  I would highly recommend his workshops to any intermediate level photographers out there, but you better sign up early…….all of his workshops are selling out.  Enjoy the pics!

This kid is allllllll boy.  Meet sweet Bryce!  We had a visit to the Freedom Park here in Atlanta a couple of weeks ago and had a blast.  His mother brought all his toys, but the thing he loved the most was the work crew and trucks we saw in Freedom Park.  He was mesmerized!

Bryce was so fun to shoot.  While I was sitting in the grass to shoot he would just run over to me and give me hugs (just make me want to melt)!  Shoot….hug…..shoot….hug…….not bad for a day’s work.  : )  Enjoy the pictures below of Bryce.

I ventured out this past weekend to Nash Farm just 30 miles south of Atlanta.  This is the first time I have met the South Atlanta Flickr Organization.  What a fantastic location and an incredible group of people.  Nash Farm is quiet, beautiful, and filled with endless photographic possibilities.  I’m very proud of this last set of photos.  Here are the first few edited pieces with our lovely model Rachel.
