I have been a busy girl lately with some wonderful families in Atlanta.  Even though the weather has been brutally hot, there are still some fabulous shady summer locations for your family portraits!  Here are my favorites from my last few sessions!  I would love to hear from you to set up a session soon!  My cell is 404-422-7829 or email me at megan [at] megancase [dot] com!

I have always wanted to shoot at Sope Creek and was so excited to take my good friends Lisa and Mark Heiman there for a family portrait session. Their son Wyatt had a blast playing in the leaves!

The first weekend in October I had the fortune to photograph some dear friends wedding.  The wedding was on the gorgeous campus of Berry College in Rome, Georgia.   I have to say, I was beyond nervous.   Shannon and Andy are dear friends of mine and I wanted their images to be perfect!   I can’t thank my awesome second shooter Robin Shetler enough…she was an amazing help and took some fantastic shots throughout the day.

Andy and Shannon were so incredible to work with all day…..super relaxed and super excited for their special day.  They chose to have a “first look” before their ceremony, so we had a couple of hours to play and get some fantastic portraits of them seeing each other for the first time in their dress and tux.  All of these photos were taken on the Berry  College campus.  I have so many favorites from the wedding, but here are a few.   Andy and Shannon, thanks so much for letting me be a part of this incredible day.  It was really a special experience for me to be a part of!

You can check out the video I made by clicking on the link!  http://static.animoto.com/swf/w.swf?w=swf/vp1&e=1290558706&f=vrHAzPF6YHp3QEfQ0HalmQ&d=200&m=b&r=w&i=m&options=

This is one of my all time favortie shots…..ever.

Shannon and her father, Danny, walking down the aisle!

Meet the new Mr. and Mrs.!

Older sister, Renee, gave a touching toast to the happy couple….

It made Shannon a tad weepy…

I put together a little slide show of my favorite images that you can check out by clicking on the link below.  Sorry I couldn’t embed it, but apparently WordPress and Animoto don’t play nice together.

If you are family and/or friends and would like to see ALL of the images you can see them and order prints at http://megancase.zenfolio.com/andyandshannon.

While we were doing headshots we sold a condo……

Bought a house….

Moved (there are no pictures of the moving……it wasn’t pretty).

Did a maternity session with an absolutely gorgeous mother and daughter and caught this precious little moment….

My sweet pooch Frei (pronounced like a french fry) was featured in Atlanta magazine as “Pet of the Month” for their February issue…isn’t he adorable???

Had a great South Atlanta Flickr (SAF) Administrator shoot with my buddies down south of town.  We had the great opportunity to photograph artist Kawai Laurencin.  I literally had to pause for a moment during this shoot to just pick my jaw up off the ground…his talent is just beyond belief and he couldn’t be a more warm natured soul.

Did a group shoot with South Atlanta Flickr

I also became volunteer coordinator for Atlanta Photography Exhibit….get involved and check us out!  We have several exhibits and fun events coming up this year.  Check out the calendar at the website here and send me an email at meg@futurephotogs.org if you are interested in volunteering!

And now……a moment to recover!
